At Micro-Mark Tools, we stand behind the quality of our specialized tools and hobby equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a traceable carrier to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned tool, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
